During a property handover, the team took over 100 GB of unstructured real estate documents. The challenge was threefold: deeply nested folder structures with cryptic file names, files that could no longer be opened because of excessive folder depths, and critical documents — leases, security deposits, handover protocols — that were simply impossible to locate.
Processing it manually was out of the question given the sheer volume. Without a solution, essential documents would have remained permanently inaccessible to the new property manager.
