  • The transaction data room is filled automatically in docunite. The documents uploaded to the lifecycle data room are automatically identified by AI during import (e.g., according to GIF standard), sorted, and displayed directly in the transaction data room if they are relevant for sale.

Precise permission management

  • As part of the smart authorization system, it is precisely defined for internal and external users (e.g. investors) who is allowed to see what, when and where.

Documents receive a watermark – name, date, time, customer – upon download, so it can always be traced who downloaded and, for example, printed the document.

The snapshot is a digital, audit-proof snapshot of the document inventory, for example during the transaction phase, but also enables content to be added later.

Write protection

The data room can be provided with permanent write protection. This means that the content is protected from any changes, such as during the contract signing phase.
